Marilyn and Ken invite you to stay for your next holiday or short break
at their family run hotel ideally situated in the very heart of
Blackpool. Our aim is to offer a warm and friendly service with clean
and comfortable accommodation at an affordable price.

All bedrooms are tastefully furnished with our guests' comfort in mind.
We have a range of standard and en-suite single, double, triple and
family rooms to cater for all parties. All rooms are equipped with
colour TVs, tea and coffee facilities, radio alarm clocks and
hairdryers. We also have a relaxing lounge and TV area along with a
pleasant dinning room and bar area.

the Ash Lea is located in Central Blackpool close to the Tower, Winter
Gardens, Grand Theatre, the Golden Mile Promenade and Town Centre...but
we are far enough away to ensure an undisturbed peaceful night. Also
within a comfortable walking distance are the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle
Waterworld, Blackpool Zoo and Stanley Park.

Our four course dinner is served at 5.00pm to give our guests ample time
to be ready for a show or night on the town. The best local produce is
used to create our home cooked dishes. You can enjoy a glass of wine
with your meal and in the evening you can relax in our bar. We stock a
wide range of beers and spirits and also offer a range of bar snacks.

We welcome families with children of all ages, couples, senior citizens
and conference delegates. We are in the ideal location for dancers in
tournaments at Blackpool Tower and the Winter Gardens. We do not cater
for Stag or Hen Parties.
