Our relaxed atmosphere welcomes people of all ages, including families and group bookings. All our guests can be assured of a warm welcome and a high standard of comfort and cleanliness. For your peace of mind, proprietors Iggy and Koko are in residence and for your safety CCTV cameras operate in all public areas of the building 24 hours a day. All our apartments comply with the latest Fire regulations and we are members of the Blackpool Self-Catering Holiday Association. Phase two of our refurbishment programme has seen the completion of double glazing throughout the building. Every kitchen is fully equipped and has been re-fitted to include new appliances and worktops. Our bathrooms have now been fitted with electric showers offering the option of either a bath or shower. Our flats offer central heating throughout, have their own colour television with remote control and our beds are fitted with freshly laundered duvet covers. All you need to bring are your own towels and personal toiletries.
